Why does your company allow clients to select a currency pair to be traded?

Unlike other managed Forex trading companies, PanaMoney gives you the opportunity to be an active decision-maker in our company's business. In addition to the awareness of your involvement with Forex and your role, it allows you to earn the maximum profit from the price dynamics of the currency pair you choose instead of the mean interest you would earn from all currencies traded by the company. But, please, be aware, when you select the pair, you share the risk of making no profit (but no loss as well) for the day this currency pair trade was negative. In this case, you can hedge your investment by opening four investment plans (one per currency pair) and receiving the daily profit per currency pair summed up and smoothed up to the mean of trading with these four pairs.

Account Creation
Who can create an account?

Private individuals and companies from any country may open an account with our company. Private individuals should be at least 18 years of age and with full legal competence. Corporate clients should be duly incorporated and competent under the applicable legislation.

How do I create an account?

Click on Register Account on our website to create a new account. You should complete the registration form. You can fill out your e-currency number you will use for depositing (Liberty Reserve, AlterGold, V-Money or indicate that you will use bank transfer) or you can open e-currency account and then proceed with depositing to your PanaMoney account. When you open your e-currency account after you registered with PanaMoney, you can complete your e-currency account information on Edit Account page in your client area.

Please, remember you have to complete all required fields and by clicking "Register an Account" button you agree with the Terms of Service. Also note, you can open only one account with PanaMoney.

What investment plans does your company offer?

Investment terms and conditions are classified into different investment plans depending on the invested amount, investment period and maximum interest rates. Depending on the terms and conditions you can choose from the number of investment plans PanaMoney has to offer. Please, remember you should have at least 30 USD on your Current Account to open an investment plan.
Trial: 30-49 USD for 16 trading days with 0.5% maximum daily interest;
Beginner: 50-99 USD for 100 trading days with 1% maximum daily interest;
Standard: 100-999 USD for 180 trading days with 1.3% maximum daily interest;
Intermediate: 1,000-4,999 USD for 180 trading days with 1.6% maximum daily interest;
Advanced: 5,000-9,999 USD for 180 trading days with 1.9% maximum daily interest;
Professional: 10,000-14,999 USD for 180 trading days with 2.2% maximum daily interest;
Expert: 15,000-19,999 USD for 180 trading days with 2.5% maximum daily interest;

What is the difference between Current Account and Deposit Account?

Once you create a PanaMoney account and make a money deposit, it goes to your Current Account showing the money you have which is not yet invested. Each time you invest the money into an investment plan, your invested amount appears in your Deposit Account. Daily profits and referral commission is paid to your Current Account. Please, remember the money on your Current Account is not working!

Depositing of Funds
What payment methods are available?

You can deposit money to your PanaMoney account with Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, V-Money, by bank transfers or credit/debit card. The minimum for e-currency deposit is 1 USD (but you should have at least 30 to invest); the minimum for bank transfer deposit is 1,000 USD.

Can I fund my PanaMoney account with Credit or Debit Card?

You can open an account with Liberty Reserve and fund it with Visa, Mastercard or American Express through one of the following exchangers:

Once your Liberty Reserve account is funded, you can deposit money to your PanaMoney account with Liberty Reserve and all profits will be accrued via Liberty Reserve, so you can further withdraw through exchangers.

How do I deposit money to my PanaMoney account?

You should first create an account or log into your PanaMoney account; then click on "Deposit Money" in your client area (menu on your left). You will see a Deposit Money page. Choose the payment method (type of e-currency or bank transfer), enter the amount you wish to deposit and click "Deposit Money". Please note, before depositing via bank transfer you need to validate your account. Once the transaction is processed, the amount will appear in your Current Account. E-currency deposits are instant and bank transferred deposits can take up to 3 banking days.

What is the minimum to deposit and invest with e-currency?

The minimum to deposit is 1 USD, but you should have at least 30 USD on your Current Account to open an investment plan (Trial).

What if my e-currency deposit did not appear in my Current Account?

Bank Transfer
What is the minimum to deposit via bank transfer?

PanaMoney accepts bank transfers of at least 1,000 USD to deposit to PanaMoney account; there is no maximum limited.

What is the minimum to invest via bank transfer?

30 USD is enough to open the Trial investment plan with PanaMoney. You have plenty of other investment plans to choose from, as you have at least 1,000 USD deposited via bank transfer. The maximum amount for investment is not limited.

How do I validate my account for bank transfers?

When you go to "Deposit Money" page in your client area, you can click on a bank transfer validation link and then follow the procedure.

Where do I find your payment details for bank transfer?

Once your account is validated (usually it takes up to 48 hours) you will be able to generate an invoice with PanaMoney payment details for depositing money to your account in your client area.

What currency is used for bank transfer?

PanaMoney accepts US dollars to make a deposit. It is possible you make a money transfer from your bank account in national currency with a bank converting it to US dollars.

How long does bank transfer take?

Normally it takes 1-3 banking days for the transfer to arrive. If your Current Account shows no deposit arrived in 5 days, you can e-mail our Finance Department to to find out why.
Please note that these timescales are an average for all transfers to all countries. Your payment could arrive a lot quicker or take a bit longer, depending on the banking practices of the country and the efficiency of the other banks involved.

Who pays the bank transfer fees?

Unlike e-currency commissions paid by PanaMoney, you should pay all money transfer fees due to banks.

Can my bank payment get lost?

No, it cannot. If you made a bank transfer and we did not receive your payment, your bank can always find it.

PanaMoney does not make bank transfers less than 1,000 USD worth, so the minimum to withdraw via bank transfer is 1,000 USD. The maximum amount is not limited.

What investment plans does your company offer?

How do I invest money in my PanaMoney account?

After you create an account and deposit money thereto, you should make an investment to make your money work. Log into your account and go to "Invest Money" on the left menu in your client area. On the Invest Money page you should choose the payment method (e-currency or bank transfer you used to fund your account with), enter the amount you wish to invest and click "Invest Money". You will be forwarded to the List of Deposits page, where the system will show your Deposit ID, Currency Pair to be traded (the system uses EUR/USD by default), Payment Method, Plan Title, Start Date of the investment and Days Left till the investment plan expires. Now you can change the currency pair by checking the corresponding box(es) on the left of your investment information, selecting a currency pair and clicking "Change Currency Pair for Selected Deposits". If you have more than one plan opened, you can combine the plans by checking the corresponding boxes and clicking "Combine Selected Deposits".
Please, note your invested funds will be traded on the next trading day you opened the investment plan.

What is the difference between Current Account and Deposit Account?

How can I change the currency pair to be traded?

Once your investment is made, it will be traded in EUR/USD by default. You can change the currency pair by checking the corresponding box(es) on the left of your investment information, selecting a new currency pair below and clicking "Change Currency Pair for Selected Deposits". Then click "Ok" in pop-up are-you-sure question.

How can I insure my investment profits with different currency pairs?

If you are not sure what currency to choose for trading and would like to minimize the possible "low" profits of the currency pair, you can hedge your investment by opening four investment plans (one for every currency pair). It will guarantee you the daily profits per currency pair are summed up and smooth over any low profits from one currency pair dynamics.

Combining of Plans
Can I reinvest my profit?

Every day you receive profits you can reinvest by opening a new investment plan or by combining of existing investment plans into one. The combining means two or more plans made through the same payment system (two AlterGold deposits, three Liberty Reserve deposits, etc.) are summed up making a greater investment amount and stepping into a new investment plan with a better daily interest rate, if appropriate.

How can I combine several investment plans?

Go to List of Deposits in your client area. Check the boxes of the investment plans you wish to combine. Please, remember only deposits made through the same payment system can be combined (same e-currency or bank transfer). Then click on "Combine Selected Deposits". And click "Ok" on are-you-sure pop-up question. Once you clicked "Ok" the investment plans you selected will be combined, the plan title will change, where appropriate, the Start Date and Days Left will also change. The Start Date will stand for the day the combining was performed and Days Left will show the days remaining till the plan's expiration date. Days Left are calculated as the trading days left for the new combined plan to expire minus the days passed from the starting date of the latest opened plan prior to combining.

The new plan formed as the result of combining is considered a new investment plan. The investment plans involved in combining are excluded from that day's trades and the new plan is traded on the next trading day after combining and the daily profit goes to Current Account on the following trading day.

Can I revoke combining?

You cannot. Combining results in making a new investment deposit, opening of a new plan, with the adjusted investment period, causing this process irrevocable.

Payment of Profit
Where can I see my profits?

You can see your total profit, referral commission earned and other statistics information in your client area as you log into your account. You can click on corresponding payment method to see your balance and profit per e-currency or bank transfer. All interests accrued to your Current Account are shown on Transactions page in your client area, as well as all other transactions made.

Where can I see the company's trading history?

By clicking Trading History on the top menu of your client area you can view daily history of PanaMoney trading results for each currency pair (in percent). You can also see the dynamics of the Company's profits during a trading session in the graph on Live Trade page of your client area.

How much can I earn in a day?

Our company trades in Forex using its own and our clients' funds through a unique trading system developed by our Technical and Software Department. At the result of those trades we share the profits with our clients depending on the amounts they have invested with us and company's trading results for the day. Depending on Forex trading results our client can get up to the maximum daily interest predetermined for the investment plan, which is from 0.5 up to 2.8% a day or less.

Depending on the invested amount you can earn:
Up to 0.5% with Trial investment plan;
Up to 1% with Beginner investment plan;
Up to 1.3% with Standard investment plan;
Up to 1.6% with Intermediate investment plan;
Up to 1.9% with Advanced investment plan;
Up to 2.2% with Professional investment plan;
Up to 2.5% with Expert investment plan;
And up to 2.8% with VIP investment plan.
All of the above is per trading day!

Our company provides a complete history of our trading with four currency pairs. You can find it on Trading History page in your client area. There, our company shows its trading results for the day so you can estimate what exact profit you made for the day and you receive to you PanaMoney account on the next trading day.

Note. Unlike trading through trading platforms yourself, where you can lose everything in a moment, you can't have any loss at the result of investing with PanaMoney. If company's trades were negative, we cover all the losses ourselves as we have established our Safety Fund especially for this purpose. It means your initial investment will stay the same and will not decrease, even when we traded negative for the trading day.

When the profit is paid?

On the next trading day you will receive the profits made for the day to your Current Account.

What happens when the profit for the selected currency pair is negative?

You should not bother much when the profit for the selected currency pair at the end of the trading session is negative because no loss will be deducted from your deposit as it is covered by our Company's Safety Fund.

What happens when the investment period of the plan expires?

When the investment period of the plan expires, the invested amount goes to the Current Account and can be withdrawn or reinvested.

Withdrawal of Funds
When can I withdraw my profit?

The profit is paid on the next trading day. The profit is paid to your Current Account and you can withdraw it at any time except for weekends and Forex holidays.

How long does the processing of my withdrawal request take?

The withdrawal request will be processed within 24 hours once you make the request, except for weekends and Forex holidays. It can take longer (up to 3 banking days) for a bank transfer.

The minimum amount to withdraw for e-currency deposits is 1 USD. The maximum amount is not limited.

No, you can't.

Recipient of funds pays all commissions for e-currency transactions. All bank transfer fees are to be paid by the client.

Can I withdraw the deposited funds at any time?

Yes, you can. The funds at your Current Account can be withdrawn at any time. Your withdrawal request will be processed within 24 hours of the trading day, except for weekends and Forex holidays. For the list of Forex holidays click here.

Can I withdraw the invested funds at any time?

The invested funds can be withdrawn after the investment period of your investment plan expires. The invested amount will appear in your Current Account and you can withdraw it or reinvest any time.
However, you can request the early withdrawal of your invested deposit by contacting our Customer Support Department. The early withdrawal will be executed in accordance with Terms of Service or Client Agreement.

Early Withdrawal
Can I request early withdrawal of invested funds?

You can request an early withdrawal of invested funds any time. The early withdrawal can be requested by e-mail to PanaMoney Customer Support Department but you should keep in mind the PanaMoney commission for early withdrawal is 12% of the initial invested amount and all profits made from the plan, including the profits made from the plans prior to their combining, in case of combining, will be deducted as well.

Will my account remain active once I request an early withdrawal?

No early withdrawal affects the validity of your PanaMoney account. Your account will remain active unless you request our Customer Support Department to close it.

Referral Program
How does your referral program work?

At registration our system provides every client with a unique Referral ID as well as a referral link (found in Referrals section in your client area) to refer new clients to our website. Our referral system uses cookies to identify users. A "cookie" is a small text file placed on your hard drive by our webpage server. By clicking your referral link or banner with your referral link, the user will be forwarded to our main page where he/she can open an account with PanaMoney. Once the new client registers with our system, he/she will be considered your referee and you will receive the referral commission from every investment plan the referee opens.

Please be aware, when "cookies" are disabled in your referee's browser settings, he/she will see a Referral ID field in the Registration Form. When such a client does not enter or enters incorrect Referral ID, our system will be unable to identify this user as your referee. In this case, we cannot accept any claims from you in regard to this client.

If more than one account is opened with the same IP or you logged into your account and further decided to open a new account for other person, and you don't delete cookies and cache in your Internet browser, the referral link will not work. In this case, before you create a new account under the referral link, you should delete cookies in your Internet browser.
